This review is for the exceptional customer service I received from Jope. Unfortunately, my boys did not like the flavor of Jope, and I needed to return all unopened product. The return was seamless, and Chris, my customer service contact, was kind and understanding. They even credited me for the opened bag that I forgot to return to them. I truly wish this product had gotten past my dogs highly picky taste buds, as I feel doing business with this company would have been a pleasure.

My 16 year old dachshund was slowing down

My 16 year old dachshund was slowing down, struggling to stand and having difficulty on my hardwood floors. I started giving her Jope about seven months ago. Within a few months her movements became quicker, smoother and faster. Jope has been a game changer I highly recommend this product

We literally could see the difference within a short amount of time!

My six-year-old Great Dane was starting to get stiff in the front legs. We tried Dasuquin for several months and did not see improvement. I actually went online and used ChatGPT and it suggested Jope for what she was experiencing. We are two months end and what a huge difference in this has made. She is running, playing and acting like she did when she was two years old. It’s really been amazing to watch the transformation. I highly recommend.
